About the Club

Firbobs@TownLane the first ever Firbobs club opening way back in 2006! We started off operating from the Grange URC and relocated to Town Lane school in 2016. We are based in the Children’s Centre but we also have access to the hall and outdoor play areas at the back of the school. During the summer months we often visit Higher Bebington Park too. Outside we have lots of fantastic equipment to support physical play, whilst indoors we have games and craft activities in abundance. We also have a more relaxed sofa area with a TV so that the children can play on the Wii or watch films. We are all about free choice at Firbobs so your child(ren) can do as little or as much as they want each night.

Menus and Snacks

We adhere to the Food Standards for Schools so that the children can have a healthy breakfast and afternoon snack that they enjoy. Children get the chance to not only help choose the snacks but also to help prepare it. We have both hot and cold breakfasts and snacks that change daily and according to the weather. We also participate in many themed activities that involve food such as Farmhouse Breakfast Week and Chinese New Year that allows us to extend the range of foods available. Fresh fruit and water are available at all times for the children to help themselves and enjoy.
